In what condition are the items in?

  • Pristine: no signs of being worn and includes tags, box and dustbag. 
  • Excellent: rarely used but may not include tags, box or dust bag. 
  • Very good: minimal signs of wear such as minor scratches or worn corners. 
  • Good: moderate signs of wear such as noticeable sratches or interior wear. 
  • Fair: significant signs of wear such as heavily worn corners, visible scratches and notable interior wear.

How do I know if my bag can be restored?

We assess every bag individually. Send us photos of your bag (including close-ups of any damage) via website/email/whatsapp and we’ll provide a free consultation and advice on whether restoration is possible.

Do you restore all types of leather and materials?

Yes, we work with:

How frequently should I have my bag maintained?

Ideally, we recommend scheduling maintenance, such as cleaning, conditioning, or restoration, every 6-12 months. The exact timing depends on how often the bag is used and the level of wear during that period.

Will applying pigments affect the texture of my bag?

Applying pigments can sometimes alter the texture of your bag, but we take every measure to keep these changes minimal. The extent of the change depends on factors such as the original softness of the leather, the severity of wear or staining, and the color being applied. Our approach involves targeting only the affected areas and blending pigments carefully to preserve as much of the bag’s original feel as possible.
